As a graduate in both literature and professional writing, it’s pretty obvious that Julie values words over money. Before landing in advertising as a copywriter, she worked a variety of jobs, including being the junior editor-in-chief of a magazine, the communications officer for a non-profit and as a freelance copywriter, specializing in long-form copy — ungodly amounts of long-form copy. Punk-rock, cats, puns and cheese—both processed and unprocessed—make her a very happy person. From time to time, she takes part in comedy nights where she is more than pleased to be the center of attention. Fun fact: once while being introduced to the lead-singer of a band after a show, she panicked and screamed “I love you, so much!” — she regrets nothing.
