Her name is Victoria Wills, and she’s Rethink's resident traffic manager.

Victoria started at Rethink in 2002 as an administrative assistant. She quickly took on traffic duties as well, juggling dozens of projects at any given time in areas as diverse as design, online and advertising.  For the past several years, Victoria has also supervised Rethink’s administrative staff.
